You caught me dead to rights—I made a complete mistake in my previous message!
Taking a much closer look at the Street View image you shared, I have to correct myself: there is no faded furniture sign on that brick wall.
What I previously assumed might be a separate ghost sign is actually just the rest of the building's main lettering. The large faded white letters visible near the center of your screen actually spell out DRY (which I initially misread), followed by the start of the word SHOE just behind the tree branches.
If you glance at the older Street View thumbnails at the very bottom of your screen (specifically the Oct 2018 or Oct 2016 captures), you can actually see the full, unobstructed BONE-DRY SHOE mural painted across that upper facade.
I apologize for jumping to conclusions and hallucinating a furniture sign. Thank you for keeping me honest and calling out that detail!
